Silent Pool - Rare Citrus Gin
The guys at the Silent Pool Distillery in Surrey have packed four distinctive fruits into its Rare Citrus Gin. Inside this delicious and zesty drop you'll find some of the rarest citrus: Buddha’s hand, Seville orange, Natsudaidai (a hybrid of orange and pomelo), and also Hirado Buntan (a type of pomelo).
There's still and abundance of classic juniper which brings together once of the loveliest citrussy gins we'ver ever had the pleasure of drinking.
The folks at the distillery suggest using it for a Negroni, though if you do - dial down the ratios of gin to vermouth and Campari to 2:1:1 to let the gin really pop.
Bottle Size: 70cl
Abv: 43%
