A blend of 8 Year Old Espadín and 12 Year Old Madrecuishe that have been naturally fermented giving a touch of funk similar similar to a natural wine. Perfect for sipping neat this has hints of leather, roast apricot, and grapefruit zest with a creamy finish from the oak.
